Oh the irony of it all. Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis, whose company recently filed for bankruptcy, is desperate to block the release of a sex tape – starring himself.
The raunchy sex tape featuring Joe Francis is currently making the rounds in search of a distributor. The video reportedly features sexual encounters between Francis and his girlfriend Abbey Wilson, the 2012 winner of the Girls Gone Wild “Search for the Hottest Girl in America.” Proving that only idiots would date Joe Francis, Abbey kept a copy of the sex footage on her ipad, which was then stolen out of her bag at LAX.
And now the man with the most punchable face in Hollywood is desperate to halt its release (which most likely means he has a micropenis) and has called in his lawyers. Joe’s attorney told TMZ:
“It is not only unfortunate, but it is a crime. As such, this office will take all necessary steps to determine who in fact has done this and who is attempting to distribute the video. When we catch you, we will see that you are prosecuted to the fullest extent of both the criminal and civil laws.”
Basically Joe Francis thinks that only Joe Francis can make money off of people flashing their genitals on camera. “It doesn’t work the other way around!” – Joe. “Karma’s a b*tch” – everybody else.
On the bright side, Joe Francis should be well versed in these types of lawsuits. Frances has faced a number of lawsuits from women who say there were tricked into signing waivers consenting to be filmed and recorded. One woman won a $5 million settlement when “Girls Gone Wild” distributed footage of her breasts being exposed in a bar against her will.
Another plus: he can use the tape to beat off while he’s in rotting away in prison for misdemeanor counts of assault and false imprisonment.
